A bond of $1000 to be received 14days prior to arrival. Refundable on end of reservation period, however damages will be deducted from bond if applicable. Minimum booking is three days.

Cancellation charges of 10% within 60 days and over, 25% between 30 - 59 days and 45% from 0 - 29 days.
